1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries by Caraman Kan GbR to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed primarily to their commercial or independent professional activity.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking on the “Buy now” button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail.

4. Payment

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. You can find full information on the right of withdrawal on our “Cancellation policy” page.

6. Delivery

Delivery is only made within Germany. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made within 5 to 7 working days after receipt of payment. Should delivery take longer in exceptional cases, we will inform you immediately.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Final provisions

Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
